You can update certain details of your account directly from your profile. Here’s how:
Change your password
- Log in to your account by clicking on "Account" in the top right corner of our website.
- Once inside, select the "Information" tab.
- Click on "Modify information".
- Tick the option "I want to change my password".
- Enter your current password, then type your new password twice to confirm it.
- Click on "Save information" to apply the changes.
Modify name, surname, or email
- For security reasons, these details cannot be updated directly from your account.
- To make these changes:
- Contact our Customer Service team via this contact form.
Update your billing details
- You can modify the billing details associated with your account, but please note that these changes will not affect previous orders.
- Complete this billing information update form.
Changes to invoices of previous orders
