How to send the proof of payment?

If you have made your purchase at Decowood using a bank transfer, payment validation will be automatic within 72 business hours once it has been received in the indicated account.

If you prefer, you can also send us the proof of transfer to speed up the process.

Steps to send the proof of payment

1. Make the bank transfer using the details provided during the checkout process.
2. Save the proof of payment, either in digital format (PDF or image) or by taking a screenshot.
3. Send the receipt to our team via this contact form or to the email address indicated in the payment instructions.
   • Make sure to include in the email:
     • Order number
     • Name of the account holder who made the transfer
     • Date and time of the transfer
