If you need to receive your order on a different date than the estimated one, Decowood offers options to accommodate your needs.
Before placing your order
- During the checkout process, you will find a section called "Comments".
- In this field, specify the preferred date and time slot for delivery. We will do our best to meet your request.
After placing your order
- If your order has not yet left our warehouse, contact us via this contact form to request a change in the delivery date.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the courier company to contact you to coordinate a new delivery date.
Important note
- Changes to the delivery date depend on the courier’s availability and may involve additional costs if rescheduling is required.
