Tracking your order at Decowood is very easy. Here’s how:
1. From your account
- Log in to your account by clicking on "Account" in the top right corner of our website.
- Go to the "My Orders" section within "My Account".
- Select the order you want to track to check its current status.
2. Order status
Your order may be in one of the following statuses:
- Confirmed: We have received your order successfully.
- In production: Your order is currently being manufactured.
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number and a direct link to track its location on the courier’s website.
- Out for delivery: Your order has left the courier’s local facility and is on its way to you.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered to your address.
3. Tracking email
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track its location in real-time through the courier’s website.
Important note
- Your order may be shipped in multiple parts, which may generate different tracking links. Some parts of the order may even be handled by different courier companies.
