How long is the product warranty?

At Decowood, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a warranty period for returns or exchanges under specific conditions.

Warranty period

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return or exchange your order in case of:

• Manufacturing defects (except for natural characteristics of the wood used).
• Damage during shipping.
• Right of withdrawal (if you decide not to keep the product).

Warranty coverage

Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping:

• We will replace your product at no additional cost, including transport fees.

If the product does not meet your expectations:

• You may return it, but the costs will be borne by the customer.

Conditions for return or exchange

• The product must not have been used.
• It must be disassembled, in its original packaging with all internal protections.
• If you do not have the original packaging, you may use a new one with similar characteristics to ensure safe transport.

Important for Plus Shipping

• Carefully inspect the product upon delivery and during assembly.
• If you detect any issue or damage, inform the courier immediately and record it on the delivery note you sign.
• If you do not report the issue at that moment, we will not be able to process the claim later.
