If your product arrived damaged or defective, you can easily report the issue.
Steps to follow
At the time of delivery:
- It is mandatory to record the damage on the delivery note that you sign upon receiving the product. This will allow us to process the case with the transport company.
Contact customer service:
Complete this contact form including:
- Order number.
- Affected item.
- Photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.
Prepare the product for return:
- If you do not have the original packaging, you must find one with similar characteristics so that the courier can collect it.
- If the product is not properly packaged, the courier may refuse to pick it up.
Associated costs
- There are no additional costs for replacing damaged or defective products.
Once we receive the product in our warehouse and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
