Returns may or may not have costs depending on the circumstances. Below, we explain the different cases:
1. Returns with no cost
You will not incur return costs if:
- The product arrived damaged or with manufacturing defects.
- There was an error by Decowood in the shipment.
Requirements:
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- It is mandatory to note any issue on the signed delivery note when receiving the product.
2. Returns due to expectations
If the product does not meet your expectations:
- The shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer.
Packaging for returns
- If you do not have the original packaging, you must provide one with similar characteristics so that the courier can accept the collection.
- Otherwise, the courier will not be able to collect the product on the scheduled date.
