- Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Packaging:
- The product must be in its original packaging with all internal protections.
- If you no longer have the original packaging, you must use one with similar characteristics to ensure safe transport.
Condition of the product:
- The product must not have been used.
- If it was assembled by the Plus service, any defects must be reported and recorded on the delivery note at the time of assembly. Claims cannot be processed afterwards.
Associated costs
For withdrawal:
- If you decide not to keep the product, transport costs will be borne by the customer.
For defects or damages:
- If the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping, we will cover the transport costs.
