Some products are not eligible for returns due to their nature or specific conditions. These include:
1. Personalised products
- Custom-made or specifically personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Products outside the withdrawal period
- Returns for withdrawal are not accepted after 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
3. Products assembled by the Plus service
- If the product was assembled by the Plus service, it cannot be returned unless:
- A defect or issue was reported at the time of assembly.
- It was recorded on the signed delivery note.
4. Inadequate packaging
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or in packaging of similar characteristics that ensures safe transport.
- If these conditions are not met, the courier may refuse collection.
